Managing the Mailing Address

Your mailing address appears on many reports that allow you to generate a letter. For example, Contribution Statements print your return mailing address as the inside address in the statement letter. You can control what this address looks like by updating it in Fellowship One.

Note: You must have Administrator security access rights to perform the following procedure.

To add or change a mailing address

  1. Click Admin > Church Setup > Mailing Address. The Mailing Address form appears.
  2. Select the Country.
  3. Complete the remaining fields adding your street address, city, state, and postal code.
  4. Click Save address.

Note: You can have only one mailing address. The address will remain in the mailing address fields at the top of the page even after you have clicked Save address.
